The newly crowned Ile Ife monarch, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi has promised to build the best International airport in world in the ancient city.
Hear what he said in an interview yesterday:
“In 10 years, it will be obvious we are making progress. In the few days that I ascended the throne, you can see what has been done. The most important thing is unity and peace. That is key.
“If there is peace and unity, a lot of things will be happening, naturally.
“So, in 10 years, development will be so obvious; international airport, bringing everybody to come and see the glory, history and tradition of this land. Yes, an international airport.
“So, in 10 years, development will be so obvious; international airport, bringing everybody to come and see the glory, history and tradition of this land. Yes, an international airport.
“It will happen, yes! One of the best international airports in the world will be here. I am working towards it and so help me God.”
