In the spirit of making good movies, promoting Nigeria image, communicating with the Audience and relating with the coporate bodies of Nigeria, THE GOLDEN MOVIE AMBASSADORS OF NIGERIA (TGMAN) took a gaint step as an association registered under the law of the federal republic of Nigeria and paid a courtesy visit to Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) to fashion out ways to improve on film making in terms of advert placement, and also have Nigerians represented in advert content made for Nigeria TVs, billboards, radio jungles, print media and co also content made for Nigeria to be shown world wide.
According to a statement by its President, Ambassador Saidi Balogun, TGMAN is the first Nollywood association to visit APCON, and they are looking forward to be a sectorial body of APCON just like CBN and NAFDAC.
The association further thanked Alhaji Garba Bello Kankarofi who is the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer and Mrs Abimbola Ipaye Assistant Registrar for the warm reception.
