A banner with a mistake was hanging during the NEC meeting of the PDP.
The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on October 15, Thursday, to consider the report of the Senator Ike Ekweremadu’s post-election review committee.
The meeting was the first since the party lost the March 28 presidential poll to the now ruling All Progressives Congress.
It seems that the defeat in the elections also affected the opposition rationally so much so that they made a blunder on a banner hanging on the wall upon.
It was written Peoples Democracy Party.
Their lost in the elections supposedly made them so broke, that was evident in the fact that the PDP couldn’t pay workers and contractors their outstanding wages and the use of such shoddy banner for such an important occasion.
President Buhari has several times made blunders during his presidency.
At the meeting with his US counterpart Barack Obama Buhari while speaking about the peaceful transition of the power made a mistake when he mentioned the APC as the All Nigeria’s People’s Congress.
After the G7 meeting Nigerian president was briefing journalists on the outcome, when he referred to Germany as “West Germany” (West Germany seized to exist in 1990).
PDP has many times mocked Buhari over his blunders.
