Abimbola Oni, an under graduate of Lagos state university studying banking and finance is no doubt a talented nollywood actress. The Ekiti state born and the first of four children, whose work is mostly in the Yoruba genre, has become producer’s favourite.
The one time face of popular Tv series, Super story in an interview with BestOfNollywood.tv, when asked about her relationship status, “hmmm, I can’t tell you, I am in a relationship or I am not in a relationship, so let’s just say, it is complicated” she said. When asked if she’s hiding anything or not proud of her man, she said,“hiding something, and what would that be, well, I don’t know what you are talking about, and as for me not been proud of my man, let me shock you, I am the type that will go to the top and end of the world, if I can, to show and celebrate my man, no matter his status. I really wish I could turn down some of your questions, but for the sake of my super fans, I will go further to clear you on this, as I have said earlier, relationship to me for now is no big deal, its just me, my God and my career, when it comes to relationship, I have been unfortunate, love has never been fair to me, but then, I thank God because the good thing is that, all the through the relationships that leads to pains and heartbreaks, its didn’t cost me what it cost my peers and I am proud and happy to say” she narrated. On what she mean by it not costing her what it cost her peers, she declined, urging her fans to go find out.
Ever since, her graduation at the acclaimed school of art, PFTI, owned by veteran Tv producer, Wale Adenuga where she studied film and television production. she has continue to win the heart of movie lovers by starring in over 30 movies, some of which includes, Oja Erupe, Eega, Obelu Eru Aya, Alapandede, Omo Oshodi et al.
