Justice Chukwujeku Aneke of the Federal High Court Lagos today struck out the suit filed against Multichoice Nigeria, owners of DSTV by two subscribers over the 20% increase in subscription.
Justice Aneke in his ruling, said the plaintiffs who are both lawyers and subscribers of DSTV had no obligation to continue using the service of Multichoice after they increase their charges. He described their suit as abuse of court proceedings.
