Just as it is still ruling at the cinemas across Nigeria, Kunle Afolayan’s latest multi-plot epic film, October 1 has made its debut on the Box Office 0n the DStv Explora.
We learnt that from 15 December, the movie, which received 13 nominations for the upcoming Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA, is now available for access and rent by DStv subscribers with the DStv Explora decoder.
The subscriber is expected to register on Box Office and click on the green button on the remote control to rent the movie.
October 1 explores the psychological journeys of characters and events leading up to Nigeria’s independence.
It stars Sadiq Daba (Inspector Waziri); Aderupoko (Sergeant Afonja); Fabian Lojede (Corporal Omolodun); Demola Adedoyin (Prince Aderopo); Kehinde Bankole (Miss Tawa); Nick Rhys (Winterbottom); Lawrence Stubbings (Tomkins Colin); and David Reese (Rev Dowling) amongst others.
