A notable member of the Non - governmental organisation, Junior Chamber International (JCI) who is the National Vice President, JCIN Ambassador Henry Adedokun recently organised a Public Speaking Championship at Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomoso.
The contest was poised to promoting the art of public speaking among young people in the society.
The contest was tagged "Henry Olasupo Adedokun Public Speaking Championship"

A preliminary was held for all departments where 6 finalist emerged for the Final held last Friday.
The winners went home with cash price and Award frames for their departments and they were given personal frame to identify them as the winner.
The overall winner will be mentored to represent JCI LAUTECH at JCIN Area A Conference Speaking championship in February 2015 and if she wins she will move up to represent the entire Area A at the National Convention in October 2015.
Junior Chamber International is one of the biggest worldwide non-political and non-sectarian youth service organizations. with nearly 200,000 young active citizens worldwide.
It is an international community of citizens between the ages of 18 to 40 with the aim and purpose of creating positive change in the world. The organization believes that these changes must result from one taking "collective action to improve themselves and the world around them."
