Nollywood actress, Omoni Oboli, has been in the news lately. Just few weeks ago, she blasted critics who queried her educational qualification and only last week, she was criticised for putting on a revealing dress to visit the President for a private premiere of her movie, Mrs Elliot.
Now she was asked by by iCampus Magazine to react on her reported beef with Genevieve Nnaji, a question which the mother of three readily refuted saying:
“I can’t place my fingers on when the supposed “beef “started but one thing I know is that, there is no problem between Genevieve and I . We did not have any issue or problem whatsoever. I think the rumours started when I acted a movie entitled ‘Anchor Baby’ and the director of the movie said: Omoni Oboli s the best actress in Nigeria.
We are not enemies, neither are we friends. We are colleagues, a senior one at that, we greet each other when we see; it is not like we visit each other at home.”
