One of the most visited forum site in Nigeria, NairaLand has been down since Sunday the 22nd of June, 2014.
This was confirmed on Sunday by the founder, Seun Osewa.
After several Nigerians took to Twitter to lament the problem with the site, Seun Osewa has responded.
Though he is yet to explain the problem the site is battling, he has ignored messages directed at him on the social media. He gave an hint on his Twitter on Sunday.
“I am so sorry… it may be worse than you think, it may take much longer than you expect.” – Seun said on Twitter.
Seun Osewa is the wealthiest webmaster in Nigeria with Nairaland making over 10 million naira per month with an estimate of 1.5 million daily visitors.
