For the first time after the June 21 governorship poll in Ekiti State, the winner of the election, Ayo Fayose, and the incumbent and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, met on Monday.
Fayose and Fayemi promised to work together to ensure the progress of the state.
The meeting, which took place the Governor’s Office, was attended by top members of the Peoples Democratic Party, including the state Chairman, Makanjuola Ogundipe.
