3 Day Mourning for Dr Abubakar Olusola Saraki in Kwara State

A three- day mourning period has been declared by the Kwara State government to mourn the death of an elder statesman Senator Abubakar Olusola Saraki who died in his Lagos residence today.
Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed made the declaration to allow residents of the state to receive the body of the politician.
The body of the late politician is expected in ilorin this afternoon while the burial is expected to take place at 4pm at Eid praying ground along Asa Dam Road, ilorin.
However, the former governor of Kwara state Dr. Bukola Saraki has described the death of his father senator Olusola Saraki as a big loss top the nation.
he said, on his facebook and Twitter page that the elder statesman would be sorely missed.
Dr Abubakar Olusola Saraki until his death was the Wiziri of ilorin and former Senate leader Second Republic, federal Republic of Nigeria.
