The Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex, Alagbon, Lagos, under the leadership of Olatunji Rilwan Disu, has introduced a dedicated feedback channel to receive complaints and commendations regarding the conduct of its officers.
The initiative, announced in a statement by the Public Relations Officer, Force CID Annex, Lagos, ASP Aminat Maiyegun, is aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and professionalism within the command.
According to Maiyegun, members of the public are encouraged to report concerns or share positive feedback through the official contact channels provided by the command.

She explained that public feedback would play a vital role in improving service delivery and ensuring that officers maintain high ethical standards in the discharge of their duties.
The statement noted that the initiative reflects the commitment of AIG Disu to building public trust and fostering stronger community–police relations. It added that the command will treat all complaints confidentially while also recognising officers who demonstrate exemplary conduct.
AIG Disu, who recently assumed duty at the Force CID Annex, Lagos, is widely regarded as a seasoned operational officer with a hands-on approach to policing and administration. He previously served as Commander of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS), where he implemented reforms that enhanced efficiency and strengthened public confidence in the unit.
The command further highlighted his open-door policy, which allows members of the public to directly reach out and share credible information without fear. With the new feedback channel, residents are assured that both complaints and commendations will be handled professionally and promptly.
The development is expected to deepen accountability, improve operational effectiveness, and promote a culture of excellence within the Force CID Annex, Lagos.
