The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has once again sparked nationwide debate with a bold prophecy about his departure from the earth.
Speaking during a recent church service, the controversial preacher told his congregation that his time on earth is short and that when it ends, no one will ever find his body.
“I’m the strongest spiritual man in the world after the general, Emmanuel TB Joshua. We are not many—just two. One has finished his assignment and has returned home. Remaining is the Lion Himself, the dead man. I don’t have much time to spend here. Nobody will see my corpse,” Odumeje declared.
According to him, his ministry was not designed for longevity but for the fulfilment of a divine mandate. He stressed that his calling centres on proving the supremacy of Jesus Christ.
“Our mission is to clear your doubt about Jesus Christ. Our mission is one God and one power, and that man is Jesus Christ,” he added.
Odumeje, who has described himself with titles such as “the liquid metal,” “the war,” and “the indaboski bahose,” is famous for his theatrical preaching style, dramatic deliverance sessions, and daring prophecies. His methods have often divided opinion, with some hailing him as a spiritual icon and others dismissing his ministry as unorthodox.
This latest declaration about “flying away” without leaving behind a corpse has further amplified public reactions, with many taking to social media to share mixed views on his prophecy.
