Yuletide Security: FCT CP, Disu Visits Recreational Centers to Assess Deployments

The Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, CP Olatunji Disu, psc, today Thursday, December 26, 2024, conducted an operational assessment of key recreational centers across the Federal Capital Territory, including Millennium Park, Jabi Park, Lugbe ShopRite and Magic Land.

This initiative, according to the Command’s spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, is part of the Command’s proactive measures to ensure the safety and security of residents during the festive season.

During the visit, the CP, she said, evaluated the strategic security deployments in these areas, aimed at fostering a safe environment for holiday celebrations.

“His presence underscored the Command’s commitment to boosting Police visibility, enhancing public confidence, and reassuring residents of their safety.

“The FCT Police Command remains dedicated to providing a peaceful and secure festive season for all. Citizens are urged to report any suspicious activities promptly to the Police via the Command’s emergency lines: 08032003913; 08028940883; 07057337653.

“The Command wishes everyone a safe and joyous festive season”, Adeh stated.
