The newly appointed Acting Chief of Army Staff, Major General Olufemi Olatubosun Oluyede, on Thursday held a meeting with the the National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu and Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Christopher Gwabin Musa at the Office of National Security Adviser (ONSA), in Abuja.
The meeting comes less than 24 hours after President Bola Tinubu announced the appointment of Maj Gen Oluyede as the acting Chief of Army Staff pending the return of the substantive COAS, Lt. General Taoreed Lagbaja, who is undergoing treatment abroad.
The meeting between the trio held in Abuja at the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), according a report obtained by SpyeTV News Abuja were however not disclosed as at press time.
