In a notification signed by Air Vice Marshal AH Bakari the Airmen and Airwomen Recruitment Exercise Basic Military Training Course (45/2024) has commenced.
1. Interested and qualified applicants are to apply FREE OF CHARGE online at www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng
2. Applicants are to apply once, multiple online applications will be disqualified.
3. Applicants are to print out the under listed documents after completion of application online:
a. Acknowledgment Form.
b. Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
c. Local Government Attestation Form (To be signed by a military officer or Local Government Chairman).
QUALIFICATIONS
4. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth, and possess National Identity. Card/NIN or BVN.
5. Applicants must not be less than 1.66m height for males and 1.63m height for females
6. Applicants must be medically. physically and psychologically fit.
7. Applicants must be free of any previous conviction(s) on criminal grounds, by a court of law.
8. Non Tradesmen/women.
a. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years (Applicants born before 20 September 2003 are not eligible) for non-tradesmen/women.
b. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB
Tradesmen/women.
a. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 25 years (Applicants burn hefore 20 September 2000 are not eligible) for tradesmen/women. Those applying for Chaplain/Imam assistant and Drivers/Mechanic must be between 18 and 28 years of age (Applicants born before 20 September 1997 are not eligible).
h. Applicants with ND/NCE must possess at least lower credit from accredited institutions and must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB.
c. Applicants applying for the following trade skills must possess trade test certificates as well as a minimum of 2 passes in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB with a credit in English Language:
(1) Driver/Mechanic.
(2) Carpentry.
(3) Plumbing (4) Masonry.
(5) Welding. (6) Electrician.
(7) Building Technology.
(8) Painting.
(9) Quantity Surveyor
(10) Civil Engineering
(Technicians).
(11) Estate Management.
(12) Town Planning.
(13) Survey/Geoinformatics.
(14) Draughtman. (15) Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology.
