A non governmental organization named One Voice Development Initiative,has held a prayer session requesting divine intervention for the release of DCP Abba Kyari from detention.
Speaking during the prayer session Abbas Abdullahi Yakasai, the convener of the group, urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to use his legal power to release DCP Abba Kyari.
Yakasai noted that Nigeria needs Kyari, especially with the increasing crime rates such as kidnapping, banditry, and armed robbery.
He also emphasized the need for the President’s intervention, citing that DCP Abba Kyari’s freedom ensured greater security in Nigeria
Mallam Musa Buhari led the session and asked for God’s intervention during Kyari’s trial.
He claimed that some criminals in certain parts of the country do not want Kyari to be released and are targeting him.
Musa pointed out that Abba Kyari has an impressive record in crime fighting and requested God’s intervention in his release.
The prayer session was attended by supporters and well wishers of DCP Abba Kyari
