'Redouble Your Efforts to Justify Confidence Army Reposed in You' - NACOLM Commandant Charges Newly Promoted Soldiers

The Commandant, Nigerian Army College of Logistics and Management (NACOLM), Brigadier General Wisdom Etuk has urged newly promoted soldiers, Private - Warrant Officer 2023 to redouble their efforts to justify the confidence the Nigerian Army NA has in them. 

Brig. General Etuk gave this charge at the decoration ceremony of the newly promoted soldiers with their new ranks was well attended by staff officers, families and well wishers amongst others. 

College Public Relations Officer, Major George Okupe in a press statement noted that the event took place at the HQ NACOLM permanent site, Ojo on 1 November 2023. 

SpyeTV News reports that the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja recently approved the promotion of Nigerian Army (NA) Soldiers Private - Warrant Officer 2023 oil amongst which 38 of the Nigerian Army College of Logistics and Management (NACOLM) soldiers were beneficiaries. 

In his remarks, the Commandant NACOLM Brigadier General Wisdom Etuk charged the newly decorated soldiers to remain committed to their duty and stressed on the importance of discipline, loyalty and good attitude amongst other core values expected of them.

The Commandant concluded his remarks by enjoining the newly decorated soldiers to remain committed to the service and take good care of their families. 

He reiterated that the reward for hard work is more work as such their elevation to a new rank will come with enormous tasks and added responsibilities. He expatiated that the promotion should be reason for them to put more efforts in their services to the system and nation in general.

Present at the event were the Director of Administration NACOLM Brigadier General OJ Majebi, Acting Director Management, Leadership and Staff Studies Colonel S Julius, NACOLM Administrative Staff amongst other invited guests.
