A notorious criminal gang leader, one Gift David Okpolowo A.K.A 2baba who killed SP Bako Angbashim, Ahoada DPO has been declared by the Rivers State Government.

The Govt has placed the sum of N100Million bounty on him for anyone with useful information that would lead to his arrest.
