The troops of Army 23 Armour Brigade Yola have arrested one notorious bandits Kingpin, Saheed Ibrahim and 22 others in Adamawa.
Speaking to journalists, the Commander, Army 23 Armour Brigade Yola, Brigadier General Bambo said, troops have maintained aggressive posture conducting several kinetic operations in the forms of rail operations on criminal hideouts, rescue operations, clearing and search, such as, stop and search, as well as patrols amongst others.

He added that this has led to several operational successes such arrest of critical syndicates or kidnappers, some with AK-47 rifles, others with locally made weapons while some food, numbers of them with cash amount ranging to millions of naira collected from their victims as possible.
"A kidnapping kingpin name Saheed Ibrahim was arrested with some machine guns, with five rounds of 9mm ammunition and a parimeter pistol following an operations at Maya.
"This kingpin has previously been arrested for kidnapping. Suspects are noted to be in possession of sofisticated weapons.He has been on the watch list for the past three years.
"He has been identified as the masrermind behind kidnapping in the area and even in southern parts of the country.", he noted.
SpyeTV News report that, Intelligence personnel have been monitoring his movement for the past one month. He was in Portharcourt for about three weeks before his arrival.
