A member of the Islamic State of the West African Province(ISWAP), Abbah Isa Modu, 27 year-Old, has surrendered to troops of the Multi National Joint Task Force MNJTF in Toumur, Diffa region of Niger Republic.
It was gathered that Modu who hails from Ari Koukouri village in Nguiguimi escaped from the camp of the insurgents after he was fed up living as a terrorist.
According to reports, Modu participated in terror campaign for many years before he escaped from his last base at Tumbum Kurnawa.
