SpyeTV News reports that members of the Direct Regular Course 3 1992 had a total of 107 Officers commissioned as Lieutenant, but lost 32 of the Members.
Army Chief stated this during the 30th Anniversary and Reunion ceremony of the members of Direct Regular Course 3 of the Nigerian Army in Abuja.
General Yahaya who was ably represented by the Director General, Army Finance Corporation, Major General Jahadi Jakko charged the members of Direct Regular Course 3 1992 to maintain stronger bond even in retirement. He reminded them of his vision for the Nigerian Army as
He also disclosed that efforts were ongoing to re-engage the services of qualified military veterans to continue to benefit from their wealth of experience and professionalism.
"I have no doubt that those experiences and expertise would be relevant in enhancing the fighting efficiency of our army in its numerous ongoing operations.
"The Nigerian army is very much open to your invaluable contributions towards attaining her constitutional mandate and would always welcome your support in that regards", he said.
General Yahaya reminded them of his vision : “A professional Nigerian Army To accomplish Assigned Missions Within A Joiny Environment In Defence of Nigeria”, adding that this has been Nigerian Army driven force under his leadership.
He noted that, Nigerian Army has aligned well to the vision of Army Staff as can be attested to and by members f the Direct Regular Course 3 1992 and by the General public.
The Army Chief also seized the opportunity to remind members of the association of military facilities and other welfare institutions available for them in various barracks and cantonments across the nation.
The Direct Regular Course 3 1992 association President, Brigadier General Jeremiah Faransa (Rtd) described the reunion gives them the Opportunity to cross path with old course mates after 30 years.

"We reunites with our military Course mates after over thirty years of separation and our members had a successful military career. They reached the peak of their Senior Military Generals, Colonels, and others.
About 70 members of Direct Regular Course 3 1992 have retired while 5 are still in active service of the Nigerian Army.
In attendance at the grand reunion were the Spouses of the members of Direct Regular Course 3 1992, the Military course Instructor and the Course Commandant.
