Troops Kill Four Bandits, Repel Attack in Tati, Ananum Villages in Taraba State 

The Nigerian troops of 93 Battallion have killed four Bandits during a gunbattle, repelled attacks in Tati village in Takum Local Government Area, and Ananum village in Taraba State. 

In an attempt to wreck havoc in the village, our source said, the bandits invaded the village with different dangerous weapons. 

SpyeNews also gathered from ZagazolaMakama.org that troops at Donga while on block force at Ananum village, neutralized two  fleeing Bandits while others fled with bullet wounds 

Military Intelligence said that the troops of 93 Battallion swiftly responded to an attack and engaged the bandit in a gunbattle that lasted for two hours.

Regrettably, our sources said, six soldiers were killed during the gun dial but troops were able to repel the attack within 2 hours.

He said "We lost six soldiers during the attack. May their souls rest in peace,”.

The sources added also that the Commanding Officer, a Colonel, who led the troops to the battle was missing in action.

Items recovered from the bandits included one Ak47 rifle, two  AK-47 magazines, 19 rounds of  oF 7.62MM , one pistol, 7 rounds  of  9MM ammo, one locally made gun, various charms and the sum of N15,120.
