The Nigerian Army troops of the 73 Battalion in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force have arrested a woman suspected to be working with the terrorists near Kayamla
Military Intelligence said, the woman claimed to be at the location to pick Scrabble and metals, but she would be investigated to ascertain her claims, said the source.
Troops were reported to have neutralized three Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists during a clearance operation at Kayamla village in the North East of Borno State.
It was gathered that the insurgents were intercepted on Monday at Kayamla village, in Konduga local government area, while on thier mission to rustled cows from Hardsmen.
A Counter Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad, Zagazola Makama report that the troops ambushed the insurgents at their crossing point and engaged them, killing three of them in the process.
He said the military went after the insurgents after receiving credible intelligence about their heinous activities in the area.
