The Instagram account of Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye ex-housemate, Yerins, has been disabled five days after it got verified.
Following his eviction last Sunday, 8 August, Yerins got his Instagram account verified on Wednesday, three days after.

However, five days later, he opened another backup account to announce that his previous account had been disabled.
Checks by our correspondent confirmed that the verified account, @yerinsabraham, has been disabled from the social media platform.

Announcing the sad occurrence, Yerins wrote via his new account,, “Hey guys my verified account @yerinsabraham got disabled. My team and I are working on how to get it back, so for now follow my only backup account @yerinsabram.
“Beware of fake accounts as we don’t have control over this. As always, thank you for the love and support.”
Short-term verification
This is not the first case of short-term verification for BBNaija season six housemates as Beatrice also got her account disabled couple of weeks ago.
Before her eviction from the show, Beatrice’s Instagram account
got verified on the 7th of August, and her fans went wild with
excitement.
The excitement was, however, cut short when hours later on the same day, the account got disabled from Instagram.
