The Nigerian Army Guards Brigade will on Friday hold its 2021 inter-unit Obstacle crossing competition which is one of the Brigade's forecast event for this year)
Guards Brigade Assistant Director Army Public Relations, Captain David Oni-Orisan made this known in a press statement made available to Defence correspondents in Abuja on Thursday.
Captain Oni-Orisan said, the competition is an important aspect of military training aims at enhancing troops physical fitness and combat survival in line with the vision of the Chief of the Army Staff Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya, 'to have a professional Nigerian Army ready to accomplish assigned missions within a Joint environment in Defnec of Nigeria.
He added that, the competition is also aimed at evaluating troops confident and as well as promoting and instilling team spirit and cooperation among troops.
