The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II reportedly got
married to Sa’adatu Barkindo-Musdafa, the 18-year-old
daughter of the Lamido of Adamawa, Muhammadu
Barkindo-Musdafa.
The wedding fatiha held inside the Lamido’s Yola palace
minutes after Jumma’at prayer.
Sanusi already has three wives, Sadiya, the daughter of Ado
Bayero who is the late emir of Kano, Maryam and Rakiya.
