Gallant stallion, Onyeka Onwenu is reaching out to victims of terrorist attacks in the country in her new single entitled Not Alone.
Described as a moving piece of artwork which will reassure the suffering hordes of North Eastern Nigeria that they are not alone but have the rest of the country with them in their plight, work has already kicked-off for the video.
According to a statement from her management, the video will be as important as her work, Squandering of Riches, the BBC documentary she masterminded in the 1980s on Nigeria’s endemic corruption in the oil sector and across the nation which continues till today. Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States are the hardest hit states in Nigeria due to the activities of Boko Haram which has claimed thousands of lives since 2010.
