There have been rumours that popular actress Bimbo Thomas
and socialite, MC Oluomo are romantically involved. Saturday
Beats gathered that the socialite, who has been linked with
some other actresses, has been spoiling Bimbo rotten with
cash and gift items.
But in a recent, the actress
denied the story, claiming that the socialite is her ‘godfather.’
She said she has been hearing the rumour but that there is no
iota of truth in it.
“There is nothing like that. I wonder why they are still talking
about this gist. MC Oluomo is a friend and a brother to me,
we are not lovers and we are not dating. I have been on this
case for about six years and the truth is that Oluomo is my
brother and a friend. I would not stop talking to him because
he has been so helpful to me, so whatever anybody likes, let
them say.
“He did not buy me a car and he never financed any movie
production for me because I am yet to produce my own
movie. I don’t have a film in the market and I do not have any
film to my credit. It is just a baseless rumour and I don’t
know who could be peddling such about me. They spread
such false news because I am close to him. I am not the only
actress close to him; a number of us are his friends. I wonder
why it is my gist that they are talking about. Oluomo is my
godfather, brother, he appreciates me and I appreciate and
adore him also. He has done wonderfully well for me beyond
any material thing,” she said.
