Suprising things happen these days. Some days ago, Nigerian singer, Sound Sultan went for an event and gave N100 to a guy who begged him for money, but few minutes after, the beggar came back and carefully stuffed the cash on Sultan’s car as he drove off.
The artist however reacted to the situation on his instagram page with a note saying ”Sad case for Nigerian Youths who always think they deserve more for not working. He further asked, is there minimum wage for begging? If you ask me for handouts all the time I am recognised, I have the right to decide what your salary to the hardwork of recognition is. I gave a young man 100card and he came back to put it there as I was driving off the little traffic.Okay, you have class to refuse a hundred naira note, so you. should have enough class to stop begging’ Sultan said.
