Music Stars Jaywon, LKT, Lord of Ajasa Perform At 9ice Campaign In Ogbomoso As LAUTECH Students Pledges Support

9ice campaigns with Jaywon, Lord of Ajasa in Ogbomoso


Nigerian singer turned politician 9ice AKAAdegbola Abolore Akande took entertainersJaywonLord of Ajasa and others to boost his campaign as he runs for House of Representatives  Ogbomosho South/North and Orire Constituency in 2015.
Oluwajuwon ‘Jaywon’ Iledare, Olusegun ‘Lord of Ajasa’ Osaniyi , Olalekan Tunde‘LKT’ Olayade  were Lautech main campus, Ogbomosho where the event took place. The campaign served as the finale of the  Ladoke Akintola University Students’ Union Week in Ogbomosho Friday 2, October 2014.

The event also served as the venue for the signing of J L Wise Music and Alapomeji Records newly signed artistesOutrageous Damilare Abdulganiu and Tunde Fasasiopening the show. They thrilled  the audience  with their unique song, ‘I beg Sir’.
Easy Plus Ezekiel Omowunmi Funsho mounted the stage with his current song, ‘Bariga Layewa’  and 'Area'.  L K T stormed the stage with his popular song, 'Follow Follow'. 'This Year' singer , Jaywon performed his popular songs 'Gbon Gbbon Gbon' after which 'Le fenu so' a song by  Lord of Ajasa which fearured 9ice a while back came on stage.
"We are tired of endless promises from politicians who don’t recognize the youths of Ogbomosho talk less of carrying us along in their policies.  Our future is now but not tomorrow. We believe in 9ice for the fact that he has us in his programmes. And we are ready to support him totally”,
The President of Students’ Union Government Lautech, Areo Ajibola Oyegoke, said as he endorsed 9ice as a candidate for the political office, in hopes that change will be effected.
Manwhile, Students of the Ladoke Akintola University in Ogbomosho, Oyo State, have declared support for hip-hop artiste, Abolore Akande, otherwise known as 9ice, who is seeking to win a seat at the House of Representatives in the 2015 general elections.
According to a statement on Sunday, 9ice who is seeking to represent Ogbomosho South/North Orire Constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly, visited LAUTECH on Friday during the students’ union week to solicit the support of the students.
The President of the Students’ Union Government of LAUTECH, Areo Oyegoke, said it was time a young person contested an elective position in Ogbomosho.
The musician’s publicist, Shehu Adegbola, in a statement on Sunday, said the leadership of the students’ union gave support to the musician.
Oyegoke, therefore, called on his colleagues to support the artiste.
He said, “Ogbomosho youths alongside LAUTECH SUG have declared support for Akande Abolore to contest for the House of Representatives in 2015. This is the first time a young person will contest for House of Representatives in Ogbomosho.”
