More and more showbiz stars have indicated their interest to run for political office come 2015. Popular Yoruba actress, Funke Adesiyan has joined the list of those will be running in the 2015 Oyo State House of Asssembly should she get her yet-to-be-disclosed political party’s ticket. She has made her intention to contest for the seat of the Ibadan South-East constituency in the House of Assembly. Adesiyan, who has featured in several blockbuster movies and series of TV soaps, made this disclosure first via a Blackberry broadcast message, while her some of her colleagues supported her move by using her photo as their display picture.
