An Akure Magistrate Court has remanded in prison custody, a Quack Nurse Doctor, Favour Adebiyi and Joseph Endurasnce the boyfriend of a 19 year old student who died of Abortion complication at Iju in Akure North Local Government Area of the state.the presiding magistrate, Johnson Adelegan gave the ruling after listening to the application for bail by the counsel to the accused.
Report says, the accused persons are facing three count charge of conspiracy, unlawful administering of injections with intent to procure abortion, an action that allegedly led to the death of Omolayo Afolabi.
