A pregnant woman brutally stabbed while her soldier husband helplessly watched overseas via her cellphone is speaking out four days after the attack and the birth of their baby girl.
Rachel Poole, who was nine months pregnant when ambushed Wednesday in her El Paso, Texas, home tells KFOX that she and her daughter are doing well after her C-section Sunday.
"I think the recovery is going pretty well, we have an amazingly strong daughter who is absolutely gorgeous," said the 31-year-old new mom of baby Isabella.
"It means the world, just being able to see her and know that, through everything, she's doing just fine," she said.
