Late Tunji Okusanya Daughter in black leading pall bearers
Six weeks after the crash of the ill-fated Associated Airline, the body of MIC Boss, Tunji Okusanya Snr, was finally laid to rest in Lagos yesterday amidst tears.
The burial ceremony began with a wake keeping service on Sunday evening at the play ground, Close D, Zone A, off Muri Folami Street, Ogudu GRA. the Funeral service held yesterday morning at St John’s Anglican Church, 30, Palm Church street, Aroloya, Lagos Island followed by internment at the Vaults and Garden, Ikoyi.
The MIC Boss burial came four days after his son, Tunji Okusanya Jnr. was interned at the Ikoyi Cemetary, Lagos.The Okusanya Father and son were involved in the Associated Airline plane crash that occurred in Lagos on 3rd October while conveying the remains of Mr. Olusegun Agagu to Ondo State in which 17 people lost their lives.
The late Okusanya Snr. is survived by His wives and children.
