Tragedy struck yesterday in Kano when unknown assailants strangled to death Hajiya Hadiza Usman, the wife of the Director of Information in the Kano State Ministry of Information and Sports. They had only been married for 10 days.
Confirming the incident, the spokesman of the Kano State Police Command, ASP Majiya, said that some suspects had been taken into custody.
