   Supreme court in Abuja dismisses ACN, Accord party's appeal Against the ruling of Lower Tribunal,The Supreme Court Has dismissed the Accord Party's. Substantive appeal and the ACN Interlocutory appeal against the ruling of the lower Tribunal.
It would be recalled that the tribunal struck out Accord party's case on the ground that it was not authorized by the party going by the affidavit the national chairman of accord swore to the effect.
The supreme court also upheld the ruling of the appeal court which agreed with lower tribunal for striking out several paragraphs of ACN petition for being impercise.
The Apex court affirmed the affirmed the ruling of the tribunal and threw out the two appeals for lacking in merit.
