TopTV has said that their planned bouquet of pornographic channels has been welcomed by a "vast majority of South Africans".
In a press statement issued by the struggling
pay-TV operator on Thursday, TopTV's acting CEO Eddie Mbalo said: "We
believe that South Africans are mature enough to take personal
responsibility for their television viewing habits."
